The 4.25-gal, rectangular 425RQ SmartHinge package from Letica Corp., Rochester, Mich., (letica.com) provides full access to package contents by way of a hinged lid that stays attached to the container for easy opening and resealing. A tamper-evident tear tab allows right or left-handed opening, which prevents removing and meddling with contents.

The containers hold up to 34 lb and suit 48 × 40 in. pallet layouts. They are available in many colors and feature a large space for sleeve, pressure sensitive, heat transfer, or other labels. Built-in edge handles make them easy to carry. They accept a metal or plastic pail. Molded-in bottom grips assist pouring contents from the container.
