Design firm Hiemstra Product Development, San Francisco (hiemstra.com) has received Food and Drug Branch approval from the California Department of Health Services' Division of Food, Drug and Radiation Safety to manufacture class I to III medical devices in its 750 ft² class 10,000 cleanroom.
