The ProcessMate PM100 Vacuum Pickup provides a fast and efficient way to safely lift and position small or delicate parts in benchtop assembly tasks. To lift a component, the operator places the soft cup of the vacuum-pickup pen over the part, then presses a foot pedal for vacuum. With the component in place, releasing the foot pedal ends the vacuum to gently release the part. The vacuum system works with EFD's Performus fluid dispensers. Together, they let assemblers lift and position parts with one hand and apply adhesives, solder pastes, and assembly fluids with the other.
