An online marketplace for manufacturers has acquired Sourcing-Parts.com SA, an on-demand sourcing site and marketplace for European manufacturers. This transaction combines two large online marketplaces into a single global version through which over $5 billion worth of manufacturing services was sourced in the last 12 months.
