Premier Semiconductor Services, Tempe, Ariz. (premiers2.com) won the 2007 Harris Impact Award from Harris RF, Rochester, N.Y. (harris.com). The Impact Award is given each year to companies that have had a significant and positive impact on Harris' production and business. Premier received the award by providing outsourced technical services to the Harris' RF Component Risk Team to eliminate counterfeit and defective material. This in turn let Harris RF meet production schedules by reducing troubleshooting and repair time along with improved yields.
