Design, molding, and device manufacturer SMC Ltd., Somerset, Wisc., (smcltd.com) has acquired Cycles Inc., a custom plastic-injection molding company in Sterling, Mass. Cycles provides additional technical capability, production capacity, and industry presence in the Northeast and Tijuana, Mexico. The acquisition adds three state-of-the-art facilities covering over 114,000 ft², three Class 100,000 clean rooms, tool making, and 45 molding presses ranging from 5 to 300-ton.
