The Model 455 dispensing valve from Tridak LLC is a pneumatically operated, two-way pinch valve for automated assembly applications including medical-device assembly. The unit features micrometer control over the flow rate, ensuring that materials are dispensed repeatedly and accurately. The valve has a patented over-stroke adjustment, positive shut-off, and disposable inert wetted parts, letting users to obtain millions of cycles from a single piece of tubing. This valve can be used as a dispense valve or as an in-line, two way (on-off) valve with adjustable flow. Teflon tubing is the recommended standard for this valve, but it can be quickly converted to use other tubing materials such as silicone, urethane, polyethylene, or vinyl tubing.
