Angels in hospital wings

Anticollision sensors detect and measure the proximity between medical-imaging machines and obstacles. The “Body Angel” system, which performs 3D contouring of patients, consists of three sensors: Body Angel Ring for front detection, Body Angel Side for side detection, and the X-ray transparent Body Angel Antenna. The system, from Fogale nanotech Inc., Los Angeles, features adaptable sensor shapes, a transparency to X-rays, communications with an external CPU, an anticollision safety function, and it's easily integrated into any kind of machine without modifying design.
