Precision Metalsmiths, Cleveland, Ohio, is able to produce from 1 to 20 rapid-prototype castings without tooling at production tooled quality. Parts can be made from any of 200 ferrous or nonferrous alloys. Prototypes produced by PMI from 3D solid model files provide extremely detailed wax patterns to produce close tolerance metal parts, with excellent surface finish.
