Omnetics Completes New Cleanroom Manufacturing Facility

Omnetics, Minneapolis, (omnetics.com) says it has completed construction of a new cleanroom in its Minneapolis manufacturing plant. The 340 ft2 facility will be used for cleaning, testing, and packaging products, as well as providing custom assembly. “We are introducing many new products this year, and our custom interconnect business along with module assembly for medical applications, such as cochlear implants, is also growing,” says Marketing Manager Greg Jones. “With the cleanroom in-house, we can control all production which reduces lead times for standard and custom products.”
