Plasma replaces chemical priming

Plasma3 provides variable chemistry atmospheric plasma for difficult to treat surfaces, such as polymer pharmaceutical containers. The treatment eliminates expensive priming, batching, and hazardous chemical surface preps. The system treats sheets, boards, and objects with the contours of tubing and wire. Powerful yet gentle in-line atmospheric treatment cleans, etches, and adds ions and free radicals to a wide range of material surfaces, even PTFE, that would otherwise be unresponsive to ink and adhesives.
