SMC Ltd. Molding and Manufacturing has opened a new facility in Amery, Wis. to improve its work flow. The company provides precision molding and assembly services to the medical device industry. The new facility houses the company's molding and contract manufacturing business, and will operate using focused factory work cell modules with project specific machine placements. Continuous production enhanced by automation equipment and cleanroom assembly will augment the clean manufacturing organization.
