Software simplifies fatigue testing

Software for fatigue and dynamic testing of materials and components can control static ramps to simple cyclic loads, and trapezoidal or random waveforms through to complex multistep, and multiaxial tests. The software features tabular screens, clear menu structures, time-based matrix test preview, and a configurable test workspace. A built-in project organizer lets users catalog tests and results. Users can track and save data in folders. All data is saved in CSV files, a format that allows exporting data to different programs or into different languages. Additional features include a context-sensitive online help system, synchronized temperature control and monitoring, integration with the company's controllers, one millisecond block transfer times, and real-time data reduction tools.
