Endevco earns ISO for quality management systems

A developer of vibration, shock, and pressure sensors has passed the latest ISO 9001:2000 maintenance standard with a score of 960 out of 1000. Endevco Corp., San Juan Capistrano, Calif. (endevco.com) received accreditation for its sensor-calibration laboratory's quality-management system.

In addition, the lab has been certified by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. It certifies that the lab meets ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 requirements in the field of calibration. The certification demonstrates the lab's technical competence in the operation of a laboratory-quality-management system.
