A developer of specialized polymers and services, PolyOne Corp., Avon Lake, Ohio (polyone.com), has formed PolyOne Japan Ltd. The new company, based in Japan, will import products for use by Japanese polymer processors. “Our technical expertise and problem-solving skills will let us penetrate this market,” says PolyOne VP Kurt Schuering. “By acting as a global consultant, we can understand and respond to a wide variety of needs, initiatives, and operational issues.”
