Control of ultra pure or corrosive media

A 2-way, 2-position media-separated, solenoid valve controls ultra pure or corrosive media that would otherwise damage wetted-type solenoid valves. The Spartan Scientific 4BKR features a low-volume valve cavity and a rolling diaphragm, with no convolutions for chemicals to congregate or dead spots for flow. The encapsulated coil, stainless tube, and plunger assembly deliver a long trouble free life. A quick connect interface allows ganging the valve on a manifold block using four fasteners and two o-rings. The valve is available normally open and normally closed, with orifices from 2.4 to 5.0mm and CV ranges from 0.245 to 0.63.

Proportional control valves

EVP proportional valves offer advanced technology based on Clippard's EV series valve. The valves feature a simple design, low power, fast operation, extreme cycle life, and reliability. The patented design uses an accurate positioned armature for precise, variable output flow, letting designers meet stringent control-system challenges. This valve works best in applications where precise control is essential.

Pump delivers 0.25 to 3,000 ml/min

The 313D peristaltic pumphead for medical applications tolerates frequent tube changes and flow rates from 0.25 to 3,000 ml/min. The pumped fluid is completely contained in the USP Class VI approved tubing, so pump cleaning is as simple as replacing the tube, an intuitive and foolproof task, says the manufacturer. The pumphead opens wide, then clamps and stretches the tube as it closes, putting it in position to deliver optimum performance every time. There is no need for extensive training, tools, or adjustments. Typical options include an open indicator switch, fixed or variable tube clamps, private labeling, and custom colors. The pump design has no valves or seals, and can run dry without damage. Extension heads are available to stack up to six pumpheads on a single drive. The 313D can be purchased without a motor. These are available in ac, dc, stepper motors, and brushless-dc configurations.

Check valves are field serviceable

Ideal for use in purge air, water injection, and liquid fuel applications, Power Generation Chek Valves are field serviceable, so users can disassemble and service the valves with a rebuild kit. The units come with or without a removable, washable safety screen. The valves are designed to customer requirements and can operate at temperatures to 450F. Each valve features low leakage, high flow, and is 100% tested and inspected to ensure reliable, consistent, long term performance.
