Variable-speed pump handles 240 psi
The model 1090 variable-speed sealless pump combines intelligent controls and brushless-motor technology. The pump is made of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant polymers that create improved control through built-in interface with standard signals. The 1090 model hits speeds to 12,000 rpm, flows up to 5 gpm, and pressure to 240 psi. Applications include medical equipment requiring precise flow control such as chillers for MRI and X-ray machines. The 1090 is ideal for corrosive, caustic, and highly regulated environments.

Pumphead can be customized and contamination free
The 313D peristaltic pumphead is manufactured in a cleanroom, easy-to-load, and meets ISO 9001 facility standards. The 313D contains the product within the tubing so there is no risk of contamination in the laboratory, including the metallic components of the pump itself. The pumphead features secure clamps that allow more clearance during loading and prevents tampering. To maintain purity of the pumping product, the pumphead has no valves, is self-priming, and can run dry without damage. The units can be cleaned in-line at full velocity without the intrusive bypass of most other positive displacement pumps.

Pivot valves save space and dispense fluid
Electrically-operated miniature solenoid pivot valves are manifold-mounted to save space in precision mixing and dispensing applications. A low internal-volume design is suitable for 2-way or 3-way configurations to minimize carryover during mixing or dispensing operations. The valve is available as a standard product or customized for specific applications.
