Tubing shrinks at 1.2:1

PEEK-based heat-shrinkable tubing provides a “shrink to fit” layer of protection that's impervious to extreme environments. It protects sensitive components where heat, cold, caustic fluids, and dielectric interference are a threat. Purity and lubricity are particularly well suited for biomed applications. It's also an alternative to traditional protective coatings such as fluoropolymers. PEEKshrink has a shrink temperature of 343 to 385°C and a consistent shrink ratio of up to 1.2:1.

Introducers for IV device manufacturers

Fluoroplastic tipped tubes have tapered or beveled ends to make it easier to insert IV's and to facilitate the transfer or extraction of fluids. The introducer tubes are designed with lasers and can be marked by them for identification. Sizes range from 3FR up to 10FR and are supplied in PTFE, FEP, or PFA, with FEP being the most common requested material. All products are USP Class VI Compliant.

Marked tubing is easily identified

Easily coded peristaltic tubing helps identify parts and traces batches in peristaltic pumps and filling systems. Clearly printed markings present highly visible batch and part numbers to facilitate traceability requirements. The tubing is for Flexicon peristaltic pumps to meet temperature requirements, provide controlled flow rates, maximize abrasion resistance, and offer maximum resistance to flexural fatigue.

Tubing dispenser holds five sizes

A benchtop or wall-mount see-thru dispenser holds five widely-used sizes of PVC heat-shrink tubing for design, assembly, service, and repair applications. The Insultab Pull-Pak dispenser holds five mini-spools of highly flame retardant, low shrink temperature 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, and 3/8-in. PVC heat shrink tubing in black or bright colors. It lets users easily see what they need, pull out the exact length, and cut it. Most importantly, the tubing stays in place and won't unravel or pull back. The dispenser has a clear canister and sturdy stand and holds 100 ft. of the 1/16-in. dia. tubing and 25 ft. each of the 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, and 3/8-in. tubing.

Port eliminates rethreading

A 1/4-28 flat bottom port for Colder's PMC12 Series couplings is compatible with standard HPLC type fittings. The port saves users time by not having to thread and rethread a separate fitting every time the line is disconnected. The PMC12 is suited for a variety of analytical instrumentation applications including mass spectrometry, flow cytometry, and gas chromatography.
