Electrically conductive pressure-sensitive adhesives are for electrical interconnections in devices such as electrodes, defibrillators, and biosensors. These products require a uniform conductive adhesive for stability and consistency with exceptional bond strength, even under mechanical and environmental stress. For example, the electrically conductive ARcare 8881 is a non-woven material coated with an electrically conductive adhesive on both sides and protected by a Kraft liner on both sides. ARcare 90447, also electrically conductive and non-woven, is nickel-free and coated with an electrically conductive adhesive on both sides with a white, double-coated release liner. And ARcare 90366 is a highly conductive, 2-mil, self-wound transfer adhesive protected by a clear double-coated release liner. These adhesives can also be customized by modifying their chemistry, forms, and construction, adhesive thickness, and release-liner selection.
