Semiautomated aseptic dispensing, filling, and plugging operations eliminate concerns caused by human operator filling vials or bottles. The FP50 features a peristaltic dispenser that allows fast and easy setups and product changeovers. A precision turntable infeed, in-line filling station, and a rubber plug closure applicator protect against operator contamination. They also eliminate repetitive motion injuries. Vials are filled at the rate of 25 ppm.
