Chemically pure material ready for sanitary tasks

Rulon 641 has obtained USP Class VI Certification that complies with requirements for disposable and reusable medical devices. The material has been used in food-handling applications and is now certified for healthcare uses that require chemical purity and the highest sanitary conditions for sealing and wear-resistant solutions. The material has a coefficient of friction suitable for use with stainless steel and is available in standard or custom shapes and sizes. All Rulon materials retain their properties over temperatures from -400 to +550°F. They are self-lubricating and provide long maintenance-free service for the most demanding applications. The material also meets FDA standards for sealing and bearing materials.
