Tekra can implement custom requirements into a product assembly, and can provide toll coating and product optimization services for pre-existing coatings, tailoring an existing coating for application with its technology. Its coating facility handles plastic rolls with thicknesses ranging from 1 to 30 mils (0.001 in. to 0.030 in.) and web widths from 24 in. to 60 in. Tekra also provides in line lamination capability on its coater, allowing for the implementation of one pass coating and assembly of many multilayer products.
