Overmolded cuffs by Flexaust, Warsaw, Ind., are injection molded over flexible hoses to ensure system integrity, prevent contamination, and create a hermetic seal. The cuffs are custom designed in straight, angled, reduced, enlarged, squeezable, and other configurations. They can be overmolded from the same materials as the host hose, and they’re available in most colors. Materials TPV, PVC, polypropylene, and polyurethane. The cuffs are available for hoses 1 to 2-in. ID The flexible hoses include wire-reinforced, wire stretch, and all-plastic vacuum hose for handling air, dust, gases, liquids, and light solids.
