How to model blood flow

A new viscous shear model in Abaqus 6.9 from SIMULIA lets users simulate the flow of non-Newtonian fluids such as blood and molten polymers. The software is used by designers, engineers, and researchers in a broad range of industries including life sciences to evaluate real-world behavior of materials, products, and manufacturing processes. The new release also supports high-performance computing.
