Over the years, we found that parts made by MIT were sent to contract manufacturers for further assembly. To streamline operations for all involved, the company has expanded its services by adding overmolding, laser welding, laser marking, pad printing, and mechanical assembly. These reduce costs and free clients from outsourcing to different suppliers. Services not provided in house can be subcontracted out and still add value and reduce cost to the end user by coordinating the outsourcing and managing the suppliers. As an ISO 9001-2000 manufacturer, the firm has quality systems and testing capabilities in place to ensure assembly quality requirements.
