Actuators combine speed and load support

MXB-P belt-driven linear actuators

MXB-P belt-driven linear actuators from Tolomatic, Minneapolis, have profiled rail guides that handle large moment loads, high-speed operation and high precision, and carriages that use THK Caged Ball bearings. The actuator is capable of velocities of 150 in./sec (3,810 mm/sec) and accelerations to 1,200 in./sec2 (30.48 m/sec2). The actuators are for multi-axis applications such as test stations, product handling, laser marking, material cutting, adhesive dispensing, and applications that require high linear velocities and accelerations, long stroke lengths, and high duty cycles.
