Get parts fast and with smoother finishes

The Ready Part service from rapid-manufacturer RedEye RPM is a finishing process that produces smooth, mold-quality acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) parts. The service uses a patent-pending method to produce a smoother finish and watertight seal on models and parts. The technology also prepares models and parts for painting, plating, and post-finishing operations, or readies them for use as a master for room-temperature vulcanization (RTV) molding.

RedEye RPM provides rapid prototypes and digitally manufactured parts on its more than 80 FDM and PolyJet systems.

RedEye RPM, 8081 Wallace Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55344, (866) 882-6934, redeyerpm.com
