Fasson pressure-sensitive label materials have been qualified for use in the Epson SecurColor printer for optimized color-enhanced printing in healthcare applications. The inkjet printers let hospitals print, on-demand, specimen labels, patient wristbands, prescription labels, patient meal tickets, and other healthcare items. The label materials are engineered to meet exacting healthcare requirements for exposure to moisture, solvents, extreme temperature changes and sterilization conditions. Fasson Matte White Inkjet Medical Film has an opaque-white matte finish and is intended for tight mandrel applications 1/2-in. diameter or greater. Fasson Matte Inkjet Medical Paper has a white matte finish. Both are solvent resistant, tested for autoclave conditions, suitable for refrigerated and frozen conditions, water-resistant, and glove-friendly.
